Facing pressure? Dhvani's got you!

We belong to a generation where one’s achievements are admired but the sacrifices made to get to that position are overlooked.

Statistics show that over 70% of high school students face sleep deprivation on an average. With that being said, it is reasonable to say that teenagers are overworked and burdened with extreme academic pressure being put on them constantly, being an all rounder has become so prevalent that the problems one faces everyday including poor mental and physical health have become accepted as usual. Being burdened with heaps of assignments and extracurriculars, one feels so suffocated that it’s hard to even get up and face the day.

Here are some alternative things to do to help you balance your academics and personal life:

·        Remember to take breaks!

·        Do some type of engaging activity once a day

·        Treat yourself- having something to look forward to can be motivating

·        Talk to a friend if you feel suffocated

·        And at last, don’t forget to check in with your friends during exam season, you never know, they might be going through the same.

School can be an extremely competitive environment, being a part of it can be frustrating  but hang in there because it get’s better :).
